It would be the splintered vote between Julian and Julie that would leave the opening for The Situation to stay in this hypothetical vote.

And sadly yes The Situation still has enough support to top the votes tonight.

This is why Julian and Hms should not align themselves too much with others eg Julie. Julian could easily beat Mike in final. But in this scenario his vote will split with Julie leaving Mike as the survivor.
