How do you get starry things on a banner? I have a few plain banners that’d actually look much prettier. And I just generally want to know. Thanks.

I think youre talking about brushes. If you havent already got them, you will have to download them

What programme do you use? Cause if you dont use Paint Shop Pro it wont work lol.

Ack, never mind lol. You have absolutely nothing to worry about, it's rubbish compared to the amazing ones you make! I just wanted to make my own banners instead of asking favours all the time. Not that you mind of course, I know that.
