Still a kid but now I'm starting to get responsibilities so I think I can comment. Mainly being really young though, like 3-6 sort of age, because I was ****ing adorable and really talkative and my Mum's friends loved me and it was just fun to be the centre of attention.

Playing out in summer playing football all day in the fields near my house until it was too dark to see the ball.
Pansy footballers moan about too many games we used to play 30 a side games that kicked off at 9am and ended when it was too dark at about 10pm 7 days a week for 6 weeks in the summer.
I used to go home shivering with sunstroke and dehydration. good times.

The gaining of knowledge of simple things, the newness of everything.

What I miss most now from being a child though is my Grandparents so a major thing for me would be the people who were there when I was a child who aren't now.

Father Christmas, not having to do much, my freaky behaviour being accepted more due to me being a kid, and anything that's happening is a new experience for you so it's always fun to watch or do.
