If it were a generalisation that would just be a bloke stood on a stage mocking the afflicted, not specifically targetting a child due to the fact his mother is not popular with the public.
It was an unwarranted unprovoked attack on a disabled child. You can dress it up anyway you like, call it freedom of speech...call it comedy.
I call it cowardly and immoral, about the furthest away from funny as you can get imo.

Comedy doesn't and should have no bounds...because it's just that...comedy. You know...jokes, things that aren't meant to be taken seriously?

I don't expect everyone to enjoy dark humour, but to try and dictate to other people what they can and can't watch, and what can and cannot be shown regarding comedy is beyond absurd. And are people honestly trying to compare one man's jokes with a national newspaper's slanderous allegation? I mean...am I really reading that right? It's about time someone stood up to this trend of tabloid newspapers printing inflammatory, reactionary and sensationalist crap.

The article started with this line:

Well lets take the keyword in that to be 'jokes' none of his comments about harvey were 'jokes' just a series of offensive remarks.
He personalised his attack..why?

It's a double standard to berate the media for what you percieve to be offensive,inflammatory and unjustified comments when you give free reign to this 'comic' to say whatever he likes about whoever he likes.

in life we all at some point laugh at some ones misfortune like a person falling over!, or someone with a big nose,

For the last time it was not a joke, and I didn't laugh at his verbal abuse towards harvey. I am not alone in this view sheriff, you appear to be making me out to be some humourless bore for not seeing the hilarity in his sickening assault.
You will never convince me this was an acceptable way to behave let alone a funny one.

first of all, im not makeing you out to anything other than a forum member that does not share my opinion, further more in this thread other members have posted also saying they do not agree with me.

im not saying that you dont have a right to be upset by mr boyles remarks or find it remotely funny!

since this thread has been up approx 48,000 children have died of starvation!
this is something that disgust's me!,not a joke about jordon's son.
but lets talk about harvey,he is disabled and for that i feel sorry for him,but his parents are multi millionaire's and he will have the best that money can buy,many, many family's cant even afford the the chairs that support their child so they can have a better control of their bodies.
