TIBB's RED DEVIL!!!
|
A woman killed her boyfriend and kept his body in a wheelie bin in her bedroom for 11 days, a court has heard.
The Old Bailey heard Karen Otmani, 42, had been talking about getting rid of her on-off lover Shaun Corey. Jurors heard Mr Corey, 42, was last seen at Ms Otmani's home in Stanstead Road, Forest Hill, south London, on 4 June last year. Ms Otmani and Bernard Beddoe, 60, of Brockley in south-east London, deny murder. Mr Beddoe also denies an alternative charge of assisting Ms Otmani knowing she had killed Mr Corey. When police found Mr Corey, his body was so decomposed they could not say how he died, the court heard. 'Went quiet' Bobbie Cheema, prosecuting, said Ms Otmani had asked another boyfriend to experiment with some blue liquid to see if it would knock Mr Corey out. "But when she began to speak about killing Mr Corey, he did not take it seriously," she said. The prosecutor said Mr Corey had been heard arguing with Ms Otmani in her bedroom before they were joined by Mr Beddoe, whom she called uncle. After about 10 minutes, it went quiet and Ms Otmani and Mr Beddoe went into the kitchen to make a drink, jurors were told. "Shaun Corey died at the hands of these two defendants," Miss Cheema said. "His body was found during a search of Karen Otmani's bedroom. "It was hidden inside of a large green wheelie bin." The trial continues.

It's an awful story but I am curious,Would a body be so badly decomposed after just 11 days that they couldn't establish cause of death?

It would depend on the heat I'd say likely kazanne, she had the bin in a bedroom, ugh, I would imagine in 11 days the body could be badly decomposed in that case, especially as it was in Summer too.

What colour Wheelie bin would one use to hold a dead body ? I think most Councils use the blue one for organic matter but I'm not sure. Councils are very strict on this so there could be a fine on the way.....!!!!
