Its pathetic. The whole warning system is pathetic. And I hate it. If that person was me, I'd be banned, and hes not! PATHETIC!
Well you try being an admin mate, you'll probably find exactly what a hard job these guys have.

So why don't you stop throwing a tantrum every time someone doesn't get banned or warned because of what you feel should happen. Leave it down to the people who have to deal with it, they will be dealt with accordingly.

If your going to act like that, they will more then likely refrain from listening to your crys.
