Are you all kidding!
Wowee
Like sheriff says lack of water will do it, too much coffee/cola/energy drink or dr pepper.
eye strain, lack of sleep, stress,
or excessive noise?
Are you eating enough to provide enough nutrition for the day?
If you can rule these out see a doc, you may have a food allergy or anemia.
Throw the paracetamol away, if you take that many you have prob built up a resistance anyway, that many could damage your organs.

..Ninastar, if you get migraines they can be caused by a number of things, none of which are necessarily due to diet or dehydration.... hormones, weather/atmospheric pressure changes, allergies, stress, intolerance to certain strong smells (paint, perfume etc) can all cause migraines..also, if your body is fighting a virus, the first sign of any illness can be a migraine, if you do have a tendency to suffer from them...if they happen frequently then you could try keeping a diary to see if there is a ‘familiar’.... You can get over the counter treatment but your GP would prescribe something to take at the first signs of the attack....

Jamie..if you’re getting so many headaches and taking that many painkillers, you really need to talk to your GP...it would be far better to take something they prescribed for you than that quantity of paracetamol...

I ave a headache right now....am putting it down to tiredness as i am shattered at the moment. Eye strain is quite often a big cause...along with hormones for the girls I rarely take paracetamol as I don't find them effective...drink loads and get as much sleep as possible.. Failing that have a chat with your GP as its worth getting them to check you over.

Yeah, taking a lot of paracetamol on a regular basis can actually cause headaches according to recent news. Not good for you at all.
Hope you're better.
