..after an exciting weekend of sandboarding, getting drunk at the beach etc all for free I was due to get on the ferry with my group.

I went into the toilet for the usual hangover duties and then came out to the boat half way out from the dock with all my group on.

I missed my boat and was stranded until 1 this afternoon.

I felt like an absolute tit. My mates back in Auckland heard within half an hour through others and posted this on my Facebook, lol.




And sandboarding, Kate, involves walking up massive (and I mean massive) sand dunes and then lying on a board and 'sledging' down. It is so much fun, but such a bitch walking to the top.
