If there are 13 again, who do you expect? I reckon Katie Price, since her denial also confirmed her interest and would they not ask her, and Lydia from TOWIE since her contrived reason for leaving the show was quite similar to Mark's when he left to do IAC and from a quick Google she has something to promote:

If not Katie, Meat Loaf. According to the papers they want him and if it's last UK tour next year with the plan seemingly to retire, he'd have more reason to go in than turn it down.
