You didn't put this into context at all. They are talking about how Quebec was going to do a training drill based on a possible zombie scenario. They were copying American cities that have done similar training drills, because believe it or not, preparing for a zombie apolcolypse is actually very similar to preparing for any kind of natural disaster, so many American cities have done "zombie apocalypse drills" as a way to make disaster training more fun.

There's nothing particularly clever or original about this clip.

But whatever, who needs context when you have the internet.

It's just genius. Canada will never become a safe-haven for zombies - using "war on terror" language is the perfect touch.

It's not genius cause it's just copying what Americans already did. It's actually kind of obnoxious because they were complaining that they were "wasting tax payers money" by doing these disaster drills, when actually the zombie drills were originally fun and effective, and was very effective training.

You don't understand the political context of this debate at all.

Just for that, you won't be let in to my zombie-free compound when the outbreak finally arrives.

Alex - sometimes things can just be funny. A rare light hearted moment in parliament, when you live in a country with dullards for leaders, it's a nice respite for most of us.

He's from the Conservative party right? I understand lots of liberal minded people arn't happy with some of his policies, should we talk about that some more? If you REALLY wanna go into Canadian politics...

He's the one tryna push through a giant oil pipeline through the heart land of Canada and the US, right? A giant Oil pipeline that goes through protected parks, right? That if it ruptured, could destroy MILES of natural wilderness.

A giant oil pipeline that cuts through some of our most pristine wilderness, yea, that sounds brilliant...not.
