The game works by posting three names, you've no idea who is going to be next to post so you've no idea who on that list they may dislike. The person who chooses 'avoid' is obviously going to choose the person they know the least or get on with the least, why would the other person take offence at that when they'd surely know said member dislikes them/doesn't know them that well? Hopefully I've explained that alright...not sure if it makes sense.

The only way this could possibly end up in arguments is if only a few players that get on well are playing, posting two names of people they like and one they all dislike in a bid to get a dig in. If that happens then fair enough, otherwise why can't the game just go ahead in a fair manner.

Yeah except that's bull**** because the clue is in the name of the game - Snog, Marry, Avoid. It's about judging people's appearance. 'Avoid' is another way of stating that you think someone is ugly, or not as attractive as two other people, and considering this forum is full of people with a great number of insecurities, like in any other walk of life, I would have hoped people would know better than to do something like this. For the attention of the people trying to snort, roll their eyes and pass this off as a light hearted game - how do you think someone who isn't secure in their looks would feel if they saw that another member said they would 'avoid' them? They could receive hundreds of compliments but that one negative comment would be the thing they remember. Just think.
