its been fixed now to show it like normal HOH and not double, most likely just a glitch.
i think that the next twist will have to do with jury

They had a double HoH back in the first week of the All Star series in the US - basically the two HoHs had to agree on the nominees or would be put on the block themselves. Obviously they agreed.
Considering they haven't made a big deal of this week being the difference between going home and being on the jury I do wonder if the twist could be that to save the cost of a jury house the winner will be decided by the viewers, and then that can be revealed to houseguests and we can see how it changes peoples game. Peter would start sucking up to viewers for sure.
