its not racism, i agree it was bullying last night when Jo and Danielle where laughing at the arguement but it was a stupid argument and because Shilpa is Indian, why do they whole *****ing world have to say its racist? What got said when Germaine called Jackie "white trash"? but when that phrase got mentioned on coronation street there was an uproar. When they both joined in on the argument, Shilpa said it was because she was Indian, i never heard Jade say its because she is british! this country is a joke and all the people who have complained about racism have got a chip on their shoulders! Im glad the carphone warehouse has stopped their sponsor ship, i hated that little phone!

I agree to an extent and I had been arguing the point that it was ignorance and stupidity rather than racism.. and then Danielle says Shilpa should ***** off home... I cant argue the point anymore after that because I dont know how else that remark could be taken.. The white trash I think is just an american term for skallys like Jade....? I didnt find it offensive..

I heard Danielle say, "she can't hardly speak proper English anyway," when Shilpa can speak better English than Danielle. Danielle knows Shilpa can speak good English.

To me..... that's a racist comment. I don't know about anyone else.

Yes she did say she should **** off home but she could of meant go back home to India. How is that racist? If someone said in America to me to go back home to England, i wouldnt take offence, but because she is of a different race, everyone thinks its racial. White trash is a term used to call impoverished white people, therefore i regard that as racist!!! but no, because Germaine is black, its ok!

I can and I have here

Now I know that this is outside of my brief, but even the "eff of home" jibe by Danielle has been made to be something it is not. It has been made to seem racist, or at least interpreted that way. When someone irritates you and provokes you, whether they are black, white, green or indigo with yellow polkadot spots, you want them to go away. You will want them to "go home". This is such an instinctive reaction, that not even Danielle recalled ever uttering the expression.

How many times have you said to someone "Just go home?"
