just seen this on the JT forum!

Helen & Paul On Celeb Fear Factor

From the teletext service today comes news that Helen and Paul from Big Brother 2 will be appearing in a special celebrity edition of Sky's Fear Factor this coming August.

Also appearing are ex-Boyzone star Shane Lynch, Major Charles Ingram, Katy Hill, GMTV's Andrew Castle, ex-London's Burning star John Alford and Terry Christian of The Word.

The show involves the celebrity participants taking part in various daredevil type stunts as well as a few vulgar ones.

Seeing P & H on the TV again would be great!! However I can't see that this is really their sort of thing - anything with the word "Celebrity" in the title sounds like the sort of thing that Paul & Helen have shunned.

Also, can't see them taking part in anything that comes under the heading "vulgar". Mind you, I've never seen Fear Factor, so I have no idea of what the actual programme content is - just voicing my doubt !

As some one who has seen this show let me clear a few points up lol

First celeb fear factor is normaly done in aid of charity with the 50,000 going to the wining teams chosen charity! isn't this the type of thing Paul talked about doing when in the house - like climing out the top of a double decker bus!

2nd they have tasks to do like walk across the top of 50 telephone poles thats why its called fear factor lol

3rd the vulgar part will be one of the tasks involes eating some weird thing or other ie, worms etc

alex from bb3 did one and they had him sat in a chair with a head mask on full of roaches lol

We had news of this somewhere else. Can see this as definitely a Paul type thing - but Helen? Anyway any way I have of seeing this couple will go down well with me.

And why of why does Charles Ingram have to be involved - he is a fraudster and should be assigned to anonymity as soon as possible.

Thanks Paul for the info. Personally, I am pleased that there are two reports of this - makes me feel more like it will happen.

Not too keen on Ingram myself. He is a complete whinger as well. The Ingrams are the Hamiltons reborn. Except at least Christine put up a pretty gutsy performance on IACGMOOH. Not matter how charitable you try to be, you have to admit Diana Ingram looks positively machiavellian

also says they have to put a live tarantula in their mouths can't see Helen being up for this or wanting to even touch it for that matter

Well seeing as Helen is terrified of spiders (remember Paul had to deal with the spiders in the house) I cant see her going anywhere near one. Still give Paul the chance to do his protective act. Cant wait to see this programme. What stories Paul could tell after this one!!!!

I'm really looking forward to watching this! I can't wait to see Paul and Helen again! My friend at work said she saw them doing an Interview, can't remember what show it was, and they said they were getting married in November!?!?!?

You'll have to wait until Wednesday Rach, that's when she'll be back at work but I said I'd not seen Paul for ages and she said I saw them not so long ago doing a Interview and they said they were getting married in November. Don't worry though full details will be posted once I see her Wednesday

I am SO excited at the prospect of seeing these two together on TV again doing something other than 'soundbite' clips.

I can't believe it is 3 years since they got together.

I wonder what they did on their official 3rd anniversary (July 11th)?

Its next week they are on Amy. Cant wait to get the info from your friend. Hope we get all the information - ie. date, time, place - now that would definitely be a must for aTIBB outing!!!!! Though Helen might not get to see marry cos he could quite possibly be spirited away by some members of this site

After seeing last night's Celebrity Fear Factor - next week cant come fast enough.

We have been so starved of information lately. Perhaps these interviews and appearances are to pay for the wedding?

I taped last night aswell Amy but really to see what it was like

I mus admit I don't think I could have done some of those tasks.
Helen is faced with putting a huge spider in Paul's mouth I'm not sure which I would rather be I hate spiders and I think like Helen I would scream at the sight of one that big.I certainly couldn't let one crawl into my mouth

Can't wait for this weeks show though

On the trailers last night, it looked very much like Helen's mouth open to admit a Tarantula....either way.........poor Helen. There will be much screaming.

Definitely appearing next Sunday - checked the Sky One site and there is a small write up. Couples week - H and P, Mr and Mrs Ingram and Spencer Smith and Nicola Jolly (the current Miss UK).

It's couples week, but there's no flowers and romance for this lot.
