Apart from himself? Dexter doesn't have feeling he's tying to play games with the HM's. Good on him for trying to mess with them but I don't believe a word he says,.

Dexter's sexuality is ambiguous. He admits he's not a typical lad type - he prefers girls company as friends, plus he told dan that he could turn for ryan gosling.

I agree with this.
He is enjoying himself despite the aggravation he gets, he is just playing them, likely also too thinking he owes none of them anything at all,not a single thing nor his time when he is out the house either.
