Yes, it did seem like that was what Rylan was hinting at, said something like it could all kick off. If so, then its not long enough, far more mileage in the twist yet. Sigh.

I expect it's Wolfy. Now that they know she's unpopular and that her arrogance about "not going anywhere" and making it to the finals is entirely unjustified, it makes it easier to put her up.

After he talks about someone "pulling his heartstrings and using him" they cut to the safehouse and Dexter very emphatically says no. Dexter is close with Charlie, ambivalent to Hazel and can't stand Wolfy. There's no reason he'd react that way to anyone but Charlie.
