Find the cure for all currently non-curable diseases.
Put enough money into 3rd world countries so that they can work for themselves.
Settle all civil wars.

So not much then I'm working on it!

I'd also, try and stop obesity levels in children.
And make everyone eat apples.

Poverty to be wiped out.
Everyone to have a fair amount of money to help them through life.
