Gina is acting very rude and fake in this matter, Charlie was right in this situation she never said anything bad....

However Sophie and Hazel have both said that they weren't surprised that Gina was upset by the comment.

Why? Because Charlie committed the ultimate sin: (unwittingly) implying that men might not find Gina instantly attractive.
