..I don't know if this is art but a Hamburg based company want to make 3D sculptures as common as a family portrait..they can create 3D-printed lifelike photo figurines just by scanning a person 'faster than the blink of an eye', just like in photography.
Previous approaches have seen subjects having to stand still for up to 20 minutes for computer software to map out their bodies
