Pretty simple. They all pick an ammount of money and the person who picks the least leaves with it.

So..

Twins - 50k
Charlie - 100k
Sam - 60k
Dex - 40k

Dex leaves with 40k in this example.

But it wouldn't surprise me if the sole purpose of the face-to-face noms was to create conflict and drama and they never intended an actual eviction... However, Sophie's cheating also might have changed things.
