The housemats are like ferrets in a sack and will behave accordingly.

It is the keeper of the sack that should be scrutinised and held to account.

I was asked how to summarise this years show, and at the moment the word is "Desparation" and that is not from any of the housemates.

Are C4/Endemol above criticism and the housemates not ?

It's because of the criticisms of the last series that the producers have pulled all the stops to make this one more entertaining. We have to judge each series seperately, and try not to make comparisons with previous contestants (as the public like to do). While this series may never be as good as the first three - and to be fair, they all had their critics from the start - already I can tell this is going to be better than the last one.

So let's sit back and enjoy it (it's only once a year we get BB) and wait until the series is over before passing judgement.

Yeh...I am trying to enjoy it although I am finding the E4 coverage somewhat boring so I come on here to amuse myself by having a whinge or two or three.

It's early days yet and the pressure cooker is still simmering and that's just myself I am talking about.
