Why is the no video of Poo Gate?

I read it was on the toilet floor not on the toilet seat.

I think this is the same episode where as Russell is trying to close out the show, Lauren lurches up and throws one of her shoes at the camera for some inexplicable reason, saying "Keith Allen I'm going to bloody well kill you."
