Still higher than any episode of the entire first 2 series

Ratings are doing brilliantly which is nice to see. I loved last nights episode. So far the storyline(s) are quite easy to follow, which is nice after a plot heavy second season (although I loved the complex storylines in Asylum). It's pretty good so far, the cinematography is just utterly beautiful, it seems it's a totally different league to the first and second season.

I'm looking forward to how the rest of this season pans out!

Saying that he didnt have a major role in season 1 if I can recall. I much prefer him in True Blood as Russell

Season 1 is mostly about a haunted house

Season 2 is set is a asylum and has many themes including aliens, serial killers and possession of the devil

Some actors have starred in all seasons playing different characters, others have only been in one or two seasons

For example ono of the actress's in season one played the wife of a serial killer in 1920's, while in season 2 she played a nun possessed by the devil, while in season 3 she is currently playing a witch who has the power to bring stuff back from the dead

Finally watched it today. I thought it was a pretty good episode. It seems as though it was more set up for future episodes but enjoyable all the same.
