Before you get clever and say she should retire, #Beautiful sold a million copies in the USA and it reached the top ten in Australia

Anyone else excited for the album?

Oh god well it turns out the 11.11 thing is a single, not the album release date

Carey was due to release her new album The Art of Letting Go earlier this year, but delayed the project to work on further music.

'The Art of Letting Go' serves as the follow-up to Carey's recent single '#Beautiful', which peaked at number 15 on the US Hot 100 and 22 in the UK.

Beautiful is one of the best songs of the year. Looking forward to anything similar... generally don't like her though (I hated songs like Touch My Body and Obsessed)

I still don't like the bitch but Beautiful was a great song so if that's anything to go by, the album should be good.
