Yes, members have done the same on here whilst being over the age of 20 and dealing with pictures of members under 18, and even going far as to research about their personal lives, but the majority of people on here still love them (god knows why but yeah) what Stacey did was tame in comparison especially considering she was young herself

I've been speaking to her for almost two years now and I don't think she's malicious at all. She was only standing up to herself in the razzies forum because people like Smithy were giving her a **** time

I met Stacey on another forum almost two years ago, we went from hating each other to keeping in contact for all this time. She's controversial and when you get to know her she really is harmless. Definitely yes

I don't often post on here and know very little about Stacey but from what I've heard on this thread alone, I don't think she should be brought back. Trolling the forum is annoying but I can deal with that. Ultimately it's harmless.

However, to use peoples personal photos to blackmail people and even taking photos from offsite (both of which I'm only assuming happened based on the posts here... correct me if I'm wrong) is not right at all and I'd be quite upset if that happened to me. Equally, whoever it is that some of you guys say has used personal photos of people in the past yet got away with it should be banned too. I just don't agree with that at all. If you want attention then spam the forum with loads of annoying posts but no one should ever take an Internet forum that seriously.

Can we not act like the photo thing was the only reason why Stacey was banned though? It was the reason that she was given the ban, but it was the cherry on top of a pile of other reasons that had left her on thin ice with the moderating team. I don't know what everyone else is referring to when they say other members have used pictures but I would guess that if other people have used pictures of TiBB members then they were considered isolated incidents by the staff and not a reason to permanently ban that member.

This thread isn't really about Smithy. If you wanted to start one up about him, then I'm sure he'd pop in and laugh at it though.

The other situation was when Mollie was outed and members contacted her friends and family in real life. How is that not worse and more worrying for members than Stacey childishly saving photos incase she needed to use them against someone? you already noted how horrible tibb was back then.

That's true, but I can only speak on behalf of the mods relating to the Stacey thing because I was one back then, but after that horrible period of people fighting all the time and people getting banned left, right and centre, I decided to step down, not good for my enjoyment of the site .

To be honest with the whole Mollie thing I thought it was a gross invasion of privacy, even if Mollie was a fake member and what they were doing was wrong, it was still way too far to take the law into their own hands - but I don't really know anything about that situation, I don't know what went down.

But you are allowed too save pictures from MTM of pictures of members in their school uniform & then research that school uniform, find out what School that member goes too, contact the school about that member & then contact that members cousin's & sibling's.

But Zee, the above is not even infraction worthy, so how on earth is what Stacey did even a reason to be banned if the above is completely allowed

I don't like the rules & modding inconsistencies at all, how some members can do what they like (literally) whilst others can't. It's just a fact really.

I think for me, there were decisions being made that I personally couldn't stand behind and I just decided that I wanted to be a regular member again.
