Calling all Will Young fans!
  Will is going to be on SM:TV on Saturday, with the world exclusive first play of the video for 'Light My Fire' AND he'll be performing it live on the show as well! WOW! Fan-bloody-tastic! I haven't watched SM:TV for a few weeks but I will be doing so this weekend.

Dam, Ill be working this Saturday but I have been waitin 4 this video - looks like Im gonna have to get out the video recorder!!! Cant wait!

Ayone seen the vid yet?
  I have!! Its not brilliant but I can understand why he is has made it like that - to get away from the pop image and appeal to a more maturer image. Ill say one thing - its in black and white!

I saw the video on sm:tv live this morning, I have to say I thought it was pretty weird in places!
But there were some lovely bits with Will in, like the bit with the piggy-back races when he ends up flat on his back, smiling and the bit at the end by the pool I know what you mean, Wildchild, at least it will tap in to his market, rather than being completely pop-py.  He just sang on sm:tv as well and was rather lovely!! Dermot O'Leary missed his shot on "Eat My Goal" by the way, he look gutted that he hadn't scored!! Brian was mega-chuffed!! He is like the main presenter on the show now I think. Oooh, Dermot's on NOW! |

I LOVED the video for 'Light My Fire!
, although it's definitely not aimed at the teeny market.Very atmospheric and very reminiscent of the 60's - flower power , free love  - and the huge mural of Jim Morrison beside the swimming pool was a very clever touch.Will's interview in the studio was fantastic . When he said the B sides were Ain't No Sunshine and Beyond the Sea, and Brian started to sing (tunelessly, bless him) Ain't No Sunshine', Will said 'Yes, it goes something like that!' Then Brian made a funny face, had a think to himself, then said 'Saucer of milk for one, then!' Hilarious! Good luck, Will - I'll definitely be buying 'Light My Fire'.
