since 1997-9 or just since 1999

we don't see each other all the time as she's up in Manc but it's that type of ting that you know even if you don't always speak, when you do speak it's like you never stopped speaking.

..she died when she was 16yrs, I don't think I've had a 'best' friend since then but I have a few good friends...

I don't have one now, knew my old best friend since primary school though.
Have quite a good friend now, known her since 2008. Wouldn't say best mate though.

40 years...she lives in Scotland but we speak to each other on the phone and Facebook, manage to see each other every couple of years.

32 years..we have both moved house 3 times, both to the same area, so we see each other often.

32years...she moved in over the road from us in the last house, see her often as well.

My best friend is my hubby now I suppose..so we are into or 37th year
