..very much..?...mine do and to the point where one of my rings is so loose, I'm worried I might lose it but I don't want to have it altered because it'll probably fit fine in the warmer weather...do toes swell and shrink as well..?..I haven't noticed.....

It could be how warm or cold your hands are?
A high blood pressure can make your fingers/ankles swell too, might be worth getting it checked.

Yeah...the rings I wear definitely feel looser when my hands are cold

..yeah, it's the opposite though, Kizzy...my fingers are much smaller/shrinking rather than swelling up....

..hmm, I don't think so, I do have splurges of eating rubbish but I'm generally quite obsessed about my diet..it's not retaining I don't think..it's shrinkage, I think maybe it's the cold..things get smaller in the cold/expand in the heat....

...ahh, thank you so much, Arista..that's really sweet of you but it's the opposite, they're shrinking fingers, I can tell because one of my rings is so loose and it didn't used to be....

It is something to do with blood vessels increasing in the summer heat and decreasing in winter cold so I guess its relevant maybe!

..oh wow, it isn't just my fingers that are shrinking..I just put my work clothes on for the first time in a few weeks and I've got shrinkage everywhere....
