Someone on twitter said the couple with the least votes go head to head and the other housemates have to choose who goes.

Like Jade Goody V Lynne and Makosi V Vanessa

^ Was just about to say that.

Whichever couple gets the least votes is the "bottom 2" in a way, and the other housemates have to vote which one to evict.

That's the only legal and logical way to do it.
