Hate when my dad comes home from the pub looking for a fight, tonight it was me he was picking away at, only ended when my mum cut in and said "can we talk about this tomorrow" and he went upstairs, she just rolled her eyes and told me not to be bothered by it but it's bloody annoying, he just starts making comments about me graduating and not having a graduate job lined up... get a grip

Uch he just gets ideas in his head because his friends will say things and when he's drunk he fixates on something and won't drop it, one of his friends said that at his job, they normally get graduates sending in CVs at this time of year, so my dad comes home and is all "you should be applying for jobs now, why aren't you" even though I spoke about it just two weeks ago, he clearly wasn't listening... meh. At any rate my mum knows what my plans are and why I'm doing/not doing certain things and she's supportive, he's just drunk and looking for an argument
