That looks very futuristic but

aren't they having trouble renting out The Shard?

I don't see anything neo-gothic there, it has all the architectural merit of a stack of tissue boxes. Just what the capital needs, more ridiculously expensive, ultimately unrentable office space.

What a waste of money. They should find something useful to spend £400m on.

its outside of UK.
