the fact that my qualified friend doesn't have a happy day at work unless she can randomly catch me in a hello kitty scare. Is this normal? She IS Oriental, and we are both over 30 by a fair way.

Occasionally she blows soap bubbles at me.

..yep, having the most weirdly wonderful, crazy people in your life and as friends is completely normal...I would say that it's probably even essential...
