and lol, being a comedian is bloody difficult, just because you think he's a tosspot and you don't appreciate his work doesn't mean he's untalented, I find lots of comedians/enn's tediously unfunny.

Comedians have always used others for their topics, most people can see that and realise as such. But a lot still sell out. Look at Frankie Boyle and Jordan, she would have not have obviously have found it funny, and rightly so. But they do it for effect. People realise it is a joke and not to be taken seriously. It will make some laugh but not others. Does that make Liz any different from some comedians.

he was a 'comedian' during a really intolerant period when it was actual mockery, and the fact that he's said incredibly offensive things away from his shows like this also suggest his jokes probably match his real views

I saw both, but I have seen most of his talent in the house on Youtube which they didn't show.
