My friend told me to play this but I didn't really understand it, it frustrated me that people were playing so badly!
Is it people trying to ruin it vs people trying to save it?

At this point it is, there's now a voting system where it's Democracy vs Anarachy.
Anarchy is unsurprisingly winning.
