I think toya comes across as more nasty, rude and condescending than danielle ever has done.

Toya argues like a disgruntled, discontented nag for whom nothing will ever be quite good enough. She's gone in there with a memorised list of other, wittier people's phrases that seem to excite people who've not heard them all before and thinks that'll be enough to make her memorable. Sadly for her, it's the bitterness and the bile that most people will remember her for. That and her appalling lack of style.
