Default Bitchiness V Nastiness/spitefulness....

..for me there is a difference and it can be annoying when you feel that a housemate has such negative aspects to their character that you think the house would be better without them and others feel that just about anything negative is a good thing and causes drama/entertainment etc and you're thought of as kind of spoiling BB if you want spiteful/nasty/dominating people etc evicted...

..I think bitchy is fine, there is always going to be bitchy in a group situation like that and can be entertaining but I don't see the value of housemates who behave quite badly as Pauline did with Jale for instance...

...thoughts..?....do you think that anything that causes drama/discussion etc is something that should not be voted out because of the 'entertainment value'...

If I don't like someone I don't want to be around them so if I don't like a HM I don't want to watch them on my TV even if they cause drama etc.
There is usually only one or two HM's every season that I really don't like and this year it is Helen and Pauline - I find them obnoxious people. Bitchiness and stroppiness on the other hand can be funny and entertaining and give us something to talk about and I like them as long as the person isn't too cruel with it.
Most of all I like funny, witty HM's who have an 'edge'. And I quite like someone in there who I love to hate rather than someone I just 'hate' if you know what I mean Example: Jimbo on CBB, or Gina last year.

it really depends on the person, in previous big brothers you get bitchy and nastyness but the people usually had some kind of reedemming quality. or done in a way that was not totally real. or like sideboob sallie done with a wink and a smile to cause trouble.
or just argumentive bitchy thats fine.

Then there is the couple of people like in this bb where there is zero reedeming quality these people are just evil and so self centred there is no smile no wink no nothing. its just pure hate. and those types should always be kicked out.

There is nothing entertaining about about pauline or helen. they are not your normal villian they are just hateful people through and through.

I think only Helen and Pauline fall into the 'nasty' category this year. Pauline's not going to last long and Kim's on the verge of putting Helen in her place. So it's all good
