GORGEOUS Danielle Lloyd’s boobs are going under the knife again – but the model insists she is in great shape.

The 23-year-old beauty is heading back to the operating table to make sure her new curvier breasts are just perfect.

She had implants fitted a week and a half ago on the advice of her surgeon, who recommended having her 34DDs changed to a perkier shape.

But the Scouse babe is still not 100% happy with her new look so is having one more op today to get them just right.

Dani had a harmless growth removed at the same time as having the implants fitted.

And she yesterday denied reports the lump had led to her op today.

She said: “There is no cancer scare – I’m doing fine.

“I just want to make sure all the Daily Star readers know I’m okay.”

Brave Dani originally found a pea-sized lump after she had her first boob job at 21.

But tests proved it was not cancer and the star was given the all-clear.

The Celebrity Big Brother babe has been recovering from the painful £7,000 op to perk up her boobs – which means she cannot work or drive.

And the false report of a cancer scare left her furious. A pal said: “Her mum was distraught.

“Imagine reading your daughter might have cancer.

“Dani was straight on the phone to reassure her.

“She was terrified during her cancer scare when she was 21.

“This reawakened all those horrible feelings but there’s no scare this time.”

Dani is being helped through her recovery by Charlton footie ace Marcus Bent, 28, but insists they are just pals.

It is funny how the Daily Star has already gone over this story before, but has added a paragraph of slightly new news about Danielle Lloyd and then repeated itself from an article from last week.

Danielle has had a boob job and had a lump removed.

What more is there to tell??

After reports of her cancer scare, Dani puts the record straight

On Sunday, a tabloid newspaper reported that Danielle Lloyd had had a third boob job and that surgeons
had discovered a suspicious lump.

The 23-year-old glamour model says that this is not true and has put a message on her MySpace
page to explain what's really going on.

Well, you may have read in the papers today that I am having a 3rd boob job!

This is incorrect I am having a lump removed from my breast and they will have to replace my implants
from my 1st boob job to remove the lump!

So please send me your support. I won't be online for a while as I have to rest for two weeks,
but I may get my mum to come on for me and let you know how I am.

She is staying with me for a while to make sure I do everything I should and make sure I don't
do anything I shouldn't.
