Before the housemates entered the House they speculated what would most annoy their fellow inmates about them.

How close to the mark were they in their self-assessments...?

Ahmed

Ahmed says that the fact that he's outspoken, doesn't drink or smoke, and is honest rather than diplomatic will rile the other housemates. "I like to debate, which might annoy them," he said.

The fact that he doesn't smoke has caused an argument. But Shell was more concerned that he didn't help out around the House and took issue with him for dodging washing-up duties.

Daniel

Daniel cites taking the mickey out of people's accents, his moods and repeatedly singing one song as the things that'll get his housemates' goat.

Despite there being little evidence of any of the above - he is up for eviction. Marco and Nadia nominated him because they find him fake. Stuart feels that he "restricts" his behaviour.

Jason

Jason believes that his vanity will put his pals' noses out of joint.

Whilst Jason certainly does spend a lot of time in front of the mirror, it's not really a bone of contention - although Shell has commented that he "goes overboard on the exercise".

When the House was suffering a cigarette drought and Shell was in need of a fag, Jason's delight in her nicotine deprivation saw her lose the plot.

Vanity fair?


Marco

Marco's thinks the housemates will be annoyed by his untidiness and the fact that he's loud and dramatic.

And Jason - who likes a bit of peace and quiet - has been wound up by Marco's "annoying" seal noises and cited it as a reason for nominating him.

Michelle

Michelle says, "I say what I think - I'm quite honest."

She is honest - especially with Stuart - but she hasn't really got anyone's back up as a result. Vanessa isn't keen on her because of her "rolling eyes" and in the first round of nominations Daniel chose her as he suspected that she has "more faces than Big Ben."

Nadia

Nadia thinks that her "overpowering excitement" and loudness will make the housemates' hackles rise.

It's true that Nadia is prone to excitability. With a cackle that could shatter glass she's certainly loud. Her laugh has really grated on Victor and Jason's nerves, and Vanessa and Daniel gave it as their reason for nominating her for eviction.

Shell

Shell says her strong opinions and morals would annoy the housemates.

Shell certainly doesn't hold back in voicing her opinions. This has irritated Jason on occasion and he has been known to whinge that she always thinks she's right. Shell also told Victor that kissing another woman constituted cheating on a girlfriend, but this wasn't necessarily something that caused irritation.

Stuart

Stuart feels that him using a hairdryer will annoy the gang.

Hairdryer - what hairdryer? Although Stuart intended to bring a hairdryer, Big Brother told him that housemates weren't allowed to take electrical implements into the House - so he didn't.

The student must be scoring A grades with his housemates as none of them have yet nominated him for eviction.

Flirt-tastic!


Vanessa

Vanessa believes that the girls will get annoyed if she flirts with the males in the group. She also thinks her toenail-picking habit will get up the others' noses.

Vanessa has inflamed Michelle's rage for flirting with Stuart while the Newcastle lass was in the Bedsit. Michelle angrily glared at the plasma screen and had a few choice words for the blonde babe. And they weren't nice.

There has been evidence of toenail-picking but it has not prompted strong reactions from the group.

Victor

Victor asserts that he doesn't care what people think. He says, "I tend to get into arguments."
