He was asked for his first impressions and he gave them, he then said "but I could be wrong" so I don't think he was being over judgemental at all. Just telling how it was from what he had first seen.

And I don't think that her bringing up Danielle's story in multiple situations to different people is part of her front.. She was just being a bitch
