A few weeks ago I recommended backing Ahmed at 9/4 to outlast Nadia. Following recent events in the house, this bet now looks to have every chance of succeeding. Unfortunately this market has now been suspended, although we can still take advantage of Nadia’s current problems.

Other housemates have been dropping numerous hints that they know about Nadia’s past history. During all the various conversations about Transsexuals though, the Portuguese born housemate has kept largely quiet for fear of revealing her secret.

This does seem strange considering the nation are fully aware she used to be a man, as will all the remaining housemates within a few weeks. The longer Nadia refuses to tell all, the more the others are going to resent her when they find out. It would in fact be the perfect excuse for a nomination in seven days time.

Although Jason and Victor are strong favourites in the third eviction market, the better option may well be to go with Nadia. It can surely only be a matter of time before she cracks. So long as it happens by next Tuesday, a public vote wouldn’t be far away.
