Here's my idea

In the final week, when people are voting to win... Tell the viewers/voters - after the lines have closed - that the person with the fewest votes will actually be the winner.



This is the sort of creative genius that I feel will fit in well at Endemol

Something complicated that you don't really understand like...

POWER HM being voted as the power housemate, then it's revealed that they're not actually going to be the POWER HM they're up for eviction and must pick an actual POWER HM who nominates another 7 people for eviction but those 7 people actually gain control of the POWER HM and decide on 2 people to face eviction along with the first person who faces eviction. After the eviction the person enters a secret room where they become the new POWER HM and gain control of the previous POWER HM from inside the house. At the end of the week the people who have been nominated by secret room POWER HM actually get to choose between the secret room POWER HM and the ex-POWER HM on who will leave the house.

I don't even understand that but it's something that would happen.

Or it could be really simple like saying there is a twist and there isn't one

I like the idea that everything BB says is a Lie and stick to statements that could either be true or false but you are never quite sure which.

All the housemates think they're nominated for eviction, but in a surprise, only one housemate is actually nominated and will definitely be evicted and once they leave they face a firing squad

All of the housemates that have been evicted are in the final. All of the housmates still in the house are evicted next week.

The twist is that they are all evicted and we watch an empty house with no housemates for the next 3 weeks... genius.
