I've been catching up on The 100 this week and Ricky Whittle is in it, who used to be Calvin in Hollyoaks, checked his IMDb and he is also in Mistresses. So that's two big American shows he has landed roles on now



Weirdly his love interest on Hollyoaks, Roxanne McKee, is one of the others I can think of. She was Doreah on the first two seasons of Game of Thrones, and her IMDb says she was in a Hercules movie earlier this year (not The Rock one), and done a few episodes of Dominion.



Another on Game of Thrones is Nathalie Emmanuel, who joined in Season 3 and will be around for a while. She was also in Hollyoaks.



Can't think of anyone from the other soaps really.. There was the guy that played Stacey's brother in Eastenders getting one of the lead roles in the Hobbit franchise, but he dropped out. Kind of strange that Hollyoaks seems to be the one that produces the best talent despite being the one that gets made fun of the most.

There are loads from the Aussie soaps as well but I was mainly on about UK ones

The guy from Eastenders, Robert Kazinsky, was in Pacific Rim. He had a bigger part than Diego Klattenhoff (Homeland) as well

Johnny Lee Miller.

Well, he did 2 episodes of Eastenders so it probably doesn't count.

Or Ben Kingsley? He was in Corrie in the 60s. Then won an Oscar for playing Gandhi in the 80s.

That girl in the last pic, I am not surprised she's naked. From what I remember of her in Hollyoaks she has zero acting ability. Ricky Whittle isn't much better though.

All I remember of the black girl is cringing whilst she struggled to read cue cards from behind the camera. At least that's what it looked like.
