Default Dani: My mugging horror

From The Daily Star

TERRIFIED Danielle Lloyd told last night how she was mugged by a vicious girl gang.

As the model was attacked, she faced a barrage of insults.

Last night badly-shaken Dani, 23, told how the four muggers cornered her in a nighclub.

She had been celebrating handing a £56,400 chunk of her Celebrity Big Brother fee to a cancer centre.

The thieves spotted her in the VIP section of Liverpool’s trendy Newz bar and followed her to the toilets.

Dani said: “I put my phone down to wash my hands and they grabbed it.

“I asked for it back but they just started swearing at me and yelling, ‘Who do you think you are?’

“It was terrifying so I walked away but they continued to have a go.

“I was totally outnumbered and things got out of hand. They turned violent and were pushing and shoving me so it was really intimidating.”

Distraught Dani eventually escaped and fled the club.

The bouncers were called in but failed to retrieve her phone, which had been passed on to a male accomplice.

The theft has been reported to police. Dani added: “The whole thing has left me really shaken. It was a horrible experience.

“I was over the moon after raising all that cash for the centre but this was really
disappointing and ruined my weekend.

“But I usually get a great reaction from people so I’m not going to let a few gobby drunk girls spoil things for me.”

Generous Dani had been on a high after presenting the cheque to the Linda McCartney Centre for cancer care in her home city.

She had hit the town with her mum Jackie, 47, and brother Matt, 19, to toast the charity.

Dani was delighted to help after going through her own breast cancer scare when she found a lump.

She said:“This cause is close to my heart because I’ve had my own scare.

“I recently had a lump removed from my breast which thankfully proved to be benign.

“It was a very worrying time and certainly raised my awareness of the issue and the valuable work they do at the centre.

“And because it’s in Liverpool it’s close to home in more ways than one.”

Last night fundraiser Tom Southern said: “Danielle’s generous donations are a massive boost to our fundraising drive.

“Everyone at the centre would like to thank Danielle.”

I was mugged once, but I screamed so loud, that they scarpered pretty quickly with only a fiver of mine.

I was 14/15 then.

A scary moment

But when Danielle Lloyd does something, "anything", it will be in the Daily Star, guaranteed

She's the Daily Star girl and they make us know, don't they

Danielle Lloyd getting mugged is always going to get in the Newspapers. Also, as Danielle is the Daily Star's girl.

It is only right that it is where this article is placed

But being mugged is no fun thing, I know

There is a limit to everything and everyone knows that because it is absolutely a true and undesputed fact beyond belief.

Danielle Lloyd has been mugged and if you wish to call it a sob story, then that is your right!

I shall say something quite different and quite obvious, that this is a story in the Daily Star Newspaper and as Danielle Lloyd is in the Daily Star all of the time, then it is natural that they will have exclusivity to this terrible mugging story.

Whether it is (p r spin) we don't actually know? So what I would say and it sounds to be quite believable, is, that the Daily Star Newspaper and as Danielle Lloyd is in the Daily Star all of the time, then it is natural that they will have exclusivity to this terrible mugging story. Or I could have said, (Same-As-Above)

"What Next?" errrrrrr we don't know YET!!!

But, there will be another story about Danielle Lloyd very soon and I would venture to say, that it is FACT!!

The examples of Rape Nightmare & Miscarriage is worth thinking about in your opinion which you are entitled to say.

I would venture to say that, the thought of such a horrible choice of examples is almost unbelievable to be quite honest and I shall certainly NOT be thinking upon those lines.

(The Gutters The Limit), is not what I would describe Danielle Lloyd actually. She is a very successful Celebrity who is popular and making plenty of money right now.

A 6 year old would agree from being able to read the Daily Star, that mum & dad have just bought.

Danielle Lloyd is usually on the front, more FACTS!!

Where are the pics of her with black eyes and split lips, serious bruises - broken bones.

When people are "mugged" it is a violent, a nerve shredding [at best - if you escape injury] affair, sometimes its a hell of a lot worse.

If this story is true it was NOT a mugging, it was a bag snatch.

Ask someone who has been mugged, theres a world of difference.

Why do I think that a photograph taken of her a the next day would show the usual hair and make-up job, nothing out of place ?, because the story is garbage, thats why, she wasn't mugged.

Oh, and the interior of a plush nightclub is not the usual stomping ground for gangs of muggers.

Add mugging victims and other real victims of violent crime to the list of real people insulted with these ridiculous stories. She has no shame.

Blame "her people" if you want to apologise for her, but pull the other one, she knew the content of that story before it was printed

Dani's phone plea

Danielle Lloyd has reportedly warned her celeb pals to get new phone numbers after muggers stole her mobile phone.

The former Miss England fears that her footie pals - including Teddy Sheringham and Marcus Bent and her Big Brother housemates - could be at risk of crank calls, after her mobile was stolen at the Newz bar in Liverpool at the weekend, reports the Daily Star.

"Please give it back," the 23-year-old said. "If you know anything please help. I hate the idea of my numbers getting into the wrong hands.

"I know quite a few famous faces and I don't want to cause them hassle. Luckily, I put some in code so I get it back before the thieves work out who they are.

"I blocked it after I rang my number the next morning and a man had the cheek to answer. Hearing his voice sent a shiver down my spine. I don't want my mates to have to deal with that.

"It makes me shudder to think that the thugs who did this to me could be trying to cash in."

Playing for sympathy YET again.

And how exactly did she "raise all that cash" for charity? It was part of her fee for CBB, and she probably only handed it over because she thought it would bring her yet more publicity.

Being mugged must be horrible for anyone to go through...But Danielle is full of sh!te! I dont believe it for one second. She probably got shouted some kind of abuse of these girls like *taaart' or something (They would be correct!)

But I dont believe her. She is pathetic and annoying.

Wasn't as serious as you may assume.

It can be a lot worse, that is true! Anything can be much worse, but this article states how it was for Danielle Lloyd. In this particular situation.

Quote:
If this story is true it was NOT a mugging, it was a bag snatch.
It can be a mugging and a bag snatch is sometimes the muggers intention, but in some cases it can be worse, but the Daily Star article is telling it as they do

Quote:

Not really

Quote:

Not necessarily true. Danielle Lloyd can be capable of make-up and sorting out her hair, even after this event. Whether true or false, that is where further investigation can give you the answer you require. But it depends whether you can find the time.

Quote:
Oh, and the interior of a plush nightclub is not the usual stomping ground for gangs of muggers.
A nice looking club, does not mean that there will be no trouble. As I actually know a bouncer of a night-club, near to where I live, I am fully aware that trouble can break out anywhere. Especially in the BB house

Quote:

Danielle Lloyd is a real person, not a cartoon character or anything else "unreal". Danielle was mugged, so the Daily Star says. It could have been a worse story, but fortunately it wasn't

Quote:

I can't see how you could personally know that the story is definately false. Unless you have insider knowledge. As the Daily Star has Danielle Lloyd within their Newspaper, week in, week out, then it is only fair, that anything that happens to Danielle Lloyd, should be shown to all of us, within that Newspaper. Also, as Danielle Lloyd has been made to look very bad by careful editing, by ones so blinded with financial gain, over three girls lives, then many of the viewing public will also be unhappy with Danielle, so it is quite possible, that Danielle Lloyd is going to bump into trouble from girl's who are not so informed as I am.
