ive been grinding my teeth it seems without realising and chewing gum too much
its caused swelling inside the side of my mouth by the back of my teeth on both sides this has caused a knock on effect with my sinuses ive got a mouth guard now to stop it happening when i sleep and no more chewing gum does anyone have any experience of this or any other advice ? cheers |
