when i was a child
chart music and me where not ready
hardcore, drum and bass, jungle never sent me wild
then at 14 i found Queen and Freddie.
CD after CD was my build
it turned into a obsession
over the "Queen" i had to shield
defending the monarchy with aggression.
then i had a tumble
the devil tried to recruit
returning makes me grateful and humble
now free on internet forums because the "white light" i salute.
to get better i had to rehabilitate
relearn every basic skill
"Death on 2 legs" was my communicate
then "George" came down my hill.
up daily round his yard
both privileged to be breathing and walking
i remember when playing with Queen was no red card
Freddie is up there praise talking.
now a younger version
Adam is not the same but a clue
John won't do this conversion
but with Roger and Brian on board it will be a breakthru.

( when i was about 14 i started playing connect 3 and Queen were my number one. then i took a path in which George followed but i am privileged to still be here and see Roger and Brian play with Adam and i think its fantastic. the only thing that would be the cherry on top, would be with a bit of Deacon but i fully respect his decision. RIP Freddie. now want do i want ? we all no there is never going to be a greater singer then Freddie but what i want to no is - can Adam pull this off ? )
