Default I met Simon Cowell today
I was in the queue for the checkout at Oxford Service Station on the M40, in a little world of my own cos I was knackered after driving down to London and back up to Manchester in a day, when I suddenly heard the checkout girl say 'Oh My God, you're Simon Cowell!!!!' I looked up and realised that the guy standing in front of me in the queue was indeed Mr Cowell himself

He smiled at the girl and said jokingly something like 'Yep I was last time I checked' and then turned around to me and said 'At least I think so'

He was really charming, a seemed like a nice guy - if a little shorter than I imagined him to be lol.

And I want his car He was driving an absolutely gorgeous sporty black Jaguar - you know those ones with the sloping back not the stodgy boring ones like Tony has got - I think it's an XKR

I followed him for a bit up the motorway but he went a different way to me at the M42 junction.

It made a very tiring day slightly more interesting

Yes he is Hooly!I caught a glimpse of him Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walshe in Dublin when they were auditioning people a couple of days ago!

I've always liked him as well Sunny and most of his comments I absolutely agree with - he's the only one with the courage to say what they really feel.

He was a real sweetie in real life.
