I've been thinking and

I was wondering who killed Ian and Maya? If Mona was A at the time, but didn't kill them then who did? do you think it was Charles? Do we know who killed Ian and Maya? Have I just forgot?

I've just watched the Halloween episode of series two It was definitely the best episode to date it had me gripped and I loved that we finally got to learn more about what life was like before like we already knew a lot but this just gave even more of an insight

we haven't found out ian's yet (I'm going to guess it's mona seeing as Big A wasn't on the scene at the time) and Maya was Nathan (her crazy ex bf who pretended he was her cousin when he met Emily)

I think it'd be stupid if it wasn't her seeing as she was the only A on the scene at the time and so the only person who knew of those specific messages in the suicide note, but like you said I can't see her killing him. Although I did see a theory online that said they thought she was the one who killed Sara Harvey because she thought it was Alison coming back to rosewood

And yeah I think Garrett was killed by A
