Default USA : A Gunman was ran down by fast Police Car (video link)

Its been shown on FoxNewsHD

3 police cars
the one before watches this Black Man (a Criminal Gunman known to them)
Fire his Rifle in the sky as a warning to them

Once he Fired his weapon
Another Cop car ran him Down so fast
He flew in the air.

He was in Hospital for 2 days
now in Jail.

I have not had time to film the video
it looks shocking but you need to watch it all
to see the first car Film him shooting
unlocked gun ready to kill.

No Police got in any trouble

If anyone has the Video please use Spoiler
and ad Warning.

Your reaction and your posts re this story confirm the mindset that unfortunately seems all too prevalent in the US.

Would it not be better to apprehend this man without inflicting severe injuries or worse so he could be questioned, who knows he may not even be carrying a gun, or it could be an imitation gun, or he could be the wrong person.

There are a hundred possibilities, so to go in all guns (or Cars) blazing is in my opinion unnecessary and risky.

This actual footage showing a cop car taking a man down at full speed is unbelievable and shows just how far policing has come in the United States.

Officer Michael Rapiejko crashed his car into suspect Mario Valencia, 36, who police say fired a shot at officers. Valencia is accused of stealing a rifle from a Walmart, leading a home invasion, robbing a convenience store and firing a shot at police with the stolen firearm.

I have no problem with police running over a guy who is shooting to be honest. Better than them shooting him dead, at least this way he has a chance...

it's clear from the video and the radio coms that everyone knew he was armed and shooting. you don't have time for what ifs when you are trying to protect the public from an armed and dangerous man. not to mention your own safety and the safety of your fellow brave officers.

i think you are being a bit of a monday morning quarterback nedusa.
