WIMPY DUO WON'T IMPRESS THE GIRLS

THE man-hungry girls got two new male housemates last night - but they are unlikely to find romance with either of them.

Bisexual brainy Gerry Stergiopoulos, 31, is a camp Madonna fan and stand-up comedian Seany O'Kane, 25, is gay.

An insider said: "They are looking for some hunks to flirt with, but these

"Gerry and Seany might be single, but they're more likely to end up with each other than one of the girls.

"They are going to make the house quite camp."

Teetotal Gerry boasted that sex was his "only vice" before he went into the house. He was a student for nine years, has a masters degree in archaeology and works as a researcher at an art gallery.

Gerry, who grew up in Greece but moved to the UK when he was 18, finds "uneducated, common people offensive". He also says he is a complete control freak.

He does yoga, has four wardrobes full of clothes and likes the Scissor Sisters and Nina Simone.

Seany, from Londonderry, says he has "big hair and big attitude" and wants to make Big Brother fans smile.

He flew to California for Michael Jackson's child abuse trial. And he made the front pages back home waving an Irish tricolour with "Michael, Ireland believes in you" written on it.

His mates say he is the life and soul of the party. One said last night: "He got arrested on holiday in Magaluf. As usual his sense of humour wound the cops up.

"He will be a big favourite on Big Brother. Everybody that knows him is fond of his company. He knows how to make people laugh."

Charity worker Seany is well-known on the comedy circuit back home.

One pub owner said: "He always got a great response from the audience. A career in showbusiness would suit him fine."

Well, it's good to have new personalities in. But they really are messing with the girls at the moment by not putting the sort of males they want in there. It may well happen in the near future though - and about time, too!
