James Wharton..Tory.

Can't remember the exact figures as it was declared at about twenty to five this morning and I was tired.
He had a margin of just over 320 and has upped it to over 5000 .

Landslide SNP, more than 50% of the votes out of 5 candidates.

Of course.

Just seen the scale of that win, good one.
He warranted that.
I actually refused to go there and leaflet and canvass against him.

He tried very hard as to a private bill on an EU referendum, if Cameron has any gumption about him, he should promote him and put James Wharton in control of organising such a referendum.

I obviously do not have one, but since i like Yorkshire (because of Emmerdale), i chose according to that:

Richmond (Yorks) Parliamentary constituency

CON HOLD

Conservative - Rishi Sunak - 27,744 - 51.4%
UKIP - Matthew Cooke - 8,194 - 15.2%
Labour - Mike Hill - 7,124 - 13.2%
Liberal Democrat - John Harris - 3,465 - 6.4%
Independent - John Blackie - 3,348 - 6.2%
Green Party - Leslie Rowe - 2,313 - 4.3%
Independent - Robin Scott - 1,811 - 3.4%
